Public Skating

South Dundas Recreation is offering free public skating sessions throughout October to March! Skates are available to borrow at the Sports Lending Library. 

Parents, Tots & Seniors All Ages Wednesdays & Thursdays 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Public All Ages Saturdays 6 pm to 7 pm

After School Skating 8-18 years Thursdays 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm

 

Swimming Lessons

When registering your child(ren) for lessons, please bring information on the last level completed; this will help to ensure each participant is placed in the proper class. In the event of a beach closure, staff will do their best to make up for missed classes. The objective is to provide the proper amount of time and eaching to help each student be successful in acheiving their badge. Participants will be notified of their class times one week ahead of the session start date.

This is where it all starts! Boys and girls get a chance to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding in a fun and engaging environment.

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)

High Intensity Interval Training will increase metabolism and build lean muscle while improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance. H.I.I.T. is a highly effective training method for weight loss and will provide a challenge to anyone looking for one.

Kickboxing
