This page includes a list of resources and relief programming available for businesses during the pandemic. We will update the page as information becomes available.

Funding Provider Description Website
Canadian Emergency Business Account (CEBA) Government of Canada Access to interest-free loans to help support fixed operating costs where businesses revenues have been affected by COVID-19. A portion of the loan is forgivable if applicable conditions are met. https://ceba-cuec.ca/

Employment Insurance and New Recovery Benefits Government of Canada Financial support for employed and self-employed Canadians. Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF) Cornwall and the Counties Community Futures Development Corp. Access to interest-free loans to help support fixed operating costs where businesses revenues have been affected by COVID-19. NEW: Ontario Small Business Support Grant  Government of Ontario In January 2021, this newly announced grant will help small businesses that are required to close or significantly restrict services under the new Provincewide Shutdown as of December 26th. RE3, Rebuild, Reopen, Revive Funding for Women-Led SMES Community Futures Development Corp. Non-prepayable performance-based contributions of up to $5000.00 to assist Women-led businesses. https://financingandstrategy.com/re3/
Technology Innovation Program (TIP): Cornwall and the Counties Community Futures Development Corp. The TIP program was created to provide businesses with expertise and support needed to help identify and adopt the right technology solutions to boost sales and profit margins. https://www.optimizewithtech.com/

Property Tax and Energy Bill Rebates Government of Ontario Businesses that are required to shut down or significantly restrict services due to provincial public health measures can apply for rebates, provided in the form of grants, to help with their fixed costs. https://www.ontario.ca/page/businesses-get-help-covid-19-costs#section-2

Chamber of Commerce Rapid Testing Program

A recent program from the Ontario Chamber Network has supported the delivery of 2.4 million free rapid test kits in over 105 communities across the province through the COVID-19 Rapid Screening Initiative in partnership with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Ontario and Canadian governments.
