Please be advised that the Morrisburg Beach has been posted as of August 26, 2022. Bacterial water analysis revealed bacterial levels which were above required limits established by the Ministry of Health. This condition may constitute a health hazard to the public as such waters may spread infectious diseases.
Surveillance of the water quality will continue. Once evidence reveals that the bacteria levels have reduced to an acceptable level, you will be promptly advised and the notices will be removed.
