Morrisburg & District Lions Club Adds to the Dundas Manor Magic – Again!
The Morrisburg & District Lions Club is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. And they are doing what they’ve done for six decades – giving back to their community!
As part of their celebrations, the Lions recently distributed $20,000 to six local charities, including $2,500 to the WDMH Foundation. Funds will be directed to the Expanding the Circle of Compassionate Care campaign in support of the new Dundas Manor.
“The Morrisburg Lions Club is pleased to continue their support to help build the new Dundas Manor,” notes Lions President Linda Robinson.
“We want to say thank you to the Lions for 75 years of incredible service in Morrisburg,” adds WDMH Foundation Interim Executive Director Cindy Ault Peters. “This is actually not the first time that the Lions Club has given a donation for the new Dundas Manor. They are truly helping to keep the magic going for the deserving residents. Thank you!”
