Please be advised that the Morrisburg Beach is closed EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY on Friday, June 30, 2023 due to it being declared as unsafe for swimming by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU).
Bacterial water analysis revealed bacterial levels which were above the required limits established by the Ministry of Health. Surveillance of the water quality will continue.
